Sir,

I beg most respectfully to state that my father is a government officer. Recently he has been transferred from Chittagong to Dhaka. Our family is also going with him. I have no place to live here. So, I am in need of a transfer certificate to get myself admitted into a madrasah there.

I, therefore, pray and hope that would be kind enough to issue me a testimonial and oblige thereby.
